About Clear
Water Bay: Clear Water is the name of the beach and also the
name of a big real estate project developed by Agile Group and
Morgan Stanley. The whole project covers a total area of around 1 million sq.
meters including condominiums, 6 beach resorts, 3 golf courses,
shopping center, restaurants and hundreds of villas. The average
selling price is over RMB30000/sq. meter which is the same as
Beijing & Shanghai.
Location: Situated about
35 km away from Downtown Sanya,
and 45 km from Sanya Airport, Clear Water Bay centers on a crescent-shaped beach of about
12,000 m. The sea water is so clear that visibility can reach as deep as almost

meters. There are three beaches where you could hear the
singing of the sands: Hawaii, Golden Coast of Australia, and the
last one is Clear Water Bay on Hainan Island.
Transportation:
Local bus is
available now daily at RMB15/person from Clear Water Bay
to & from Downtown Sanya from 8am till 10pm every one
hour. The
Management Company has set up daily shopping shuttle at
0830am to local market (about 5 minutes driving away)
and back at 10am. So don't worry about transportation
while staying Clear Water Bay. Free shuttle bus to the
Clear Water Bay beach is available in every 15 minutes.
You could also take a free riding by the bikes offered
by the management company.

Food & Beverage:
There are 2 restaurants in business just outside the
condominium offering noodles, local dishes, hot pot and
seafood. But Caddie would recommend local restaurants in
Yingzhou which is 5 minutes driving away or 20 minutes
walking. If you wish to have good western food, please
visit Clear Water Bay Golf Club.
Sports & Recreation:
There is outdoor kid play ground and beach valley in the
condominium free of charge. The swimming pool costs
RMB10/person/time or a monthly card at RMB180 for 30
times. Clear Water Bay
Golf Club is just steps away from the condominium at
RMB930/person with green fee (18 holes), caddie, cart,
service charge, insurance and locker. Clear Water Bay is
less than 20 minutes walking from the Condominium with
beach chairs and umbrellas. The Sales Center is located
beach front, so it is easy to go for bathroom or iced
water free.

Who should stay here at
Clear Water Bay:
If you just want to lie on
the beach, enjoy the crystal-clear water, sandy beach
and to be away from the crowd on Sanya beaches (Yalong
Bay, Dadonghai & Sanya Bay), Clear Water Bay is the best
place to be. If you are working in China and want to get
away from the city life, then Clear Water Bay is your
best choice after Yalong Bay.
It is not
your first visit to Sanya. You want to be away from the
crowd on Dadonghai Beach, Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay. You
want to stay somewhere quiet. You want to stay on an
empty beach. You will stay more than one week. You
want to have more spaces.
Where to stay at Clear
Water Bay: There is no beach resort ready for
business.

less than 7 nights.

does it cost for apartment with 2 bed rooms: 7
nights at RMB3150, 14 nights at RMB5600, Low Season Monthly Rental
(April-September) RMB6000, high season (October-March)
monthly rental at RMB8000, Chinese New Year (Late
January till Early February) at RMB15000 for 10 nights stay during
Feb.1st-10th, extra night at RMB600/night. Please email to
