There are no direct flights Macau to Sanya. So we would like to recommend the following options if you wish to visit Sanya from Macau:

Option One:  Ferry to Zhuhai Airport (express ferry only 20 minutes), then flight from Zhuhai to Sanya

Option Two: Bus from Macau to Zhuhai, then by from Xinhe Bus Station to Guangzhou Airport within 3.5 hours, and it costs RMB70/way , then flights from Guangzhou to Sanya. But it takes around 6 hours from Macau to Guangzhou Airport including bus time, going through the customs.

Option Three: Macau to Zhuhai Airport by bus. Normally 2 hours. Then flights Zhuhai to Sanya

RMB870/way/person is rack rate with tax and fuel surcharge. We always get better deals than the rack rates. Normally it is more expensive to travel from Zhuhai to Sanya on Friday and Sanya to Zhuhai on Sunday. It is cheaper to book return flight with same company.
