Location: Sanya Bay, just behind Days Hotel & Resort Sanya, 5 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to Sanya Airport, 10 minutes todowntown Sanya.  

Caddie's Comment after personal visit: Sanya Bay Golf Villa was recommended to Caddie by her friends who works in a small hotel near Sanya Bay Golf Villa. The property is  called Luneng Golf Villa with more than 50 private villas. The one Caddie Lu visited is owned by someone from Mainland China as his holiday villa. He and his family come to Sanya sometimes on holidays.

It is kind of dreaming house/villa for everybody: 3 floors, 4 bed rooms, 3 bathrooms, big kithcen,  private garden, huge terrace. For sure, it is different from staying in a hotel. It is your private house, your private villa.

For restaurants, you could just walk to Days Resort & Hotel, or take taxi bus to Sanya town. There are also lots of local restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking room your house. Sorry, the owner has not set up internet connection, but just cable TV.

Fully furnished with brand new modern furniture, Central Control Air conditioner, 2 LED TVs (one in the master bed room, the other in the sitting room on the first floor), washing machine, refrigerator, 24 hour hot water. Kitchen is fully equipped to make your own home dinner.
