Bus is the only way to Wenchang Hainan. All buses from Haikou to Wenchang leave from Haikou East Bus Station (HAIKOU DONG ZHAN), it costs RMB17/person/way by express bus and it takes 60 minutes by express way.  The distance is 80KM from Haikou to Wenchang City. You could visit any of the local towns from Wenchang Bus Station.
