Taxi is the easiest way to get around in Sanya Hainan Island. The only problem is all the taxi drivers don't use the meters most of the times, so hard to tell if taxi drivers charge you the right price. So we worked the following taxi cost for your information only. Please make a deal with your taix driver before you get started.  ALMOST 99% taxi drivers don't speak English.

The blue Jetta Taxi is the newest one in Sanya which is more expensive and bigger than the green, red ones. It is also depending on the times. If you have a late flight arrival than 11pm, the price to Yalong bay could be USD25/way. If you come during the day, maybe USD15/way is more than enough. If you just get around in downtown Sanya, USD1-2/way is ok with all taxi drivers.
