DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS:

Credit card guarantee or deposit to our bank account is required in order to hold your reservation. Some more exclusive resorts or specific vendors have additional deposit requirements. Final payment is to be made no later than your departure from Sanya by cash or credit card. If for any reason your credit card guarantee or deposit is not received by Sanya Travel Service Co., Ltd on or before due dates, we reserve the right to change the price or cancel the booking.

* Exceptions: During public holidays, full payment is required by all hotels, resorts and airlines.

Change and Cancellation Fees: will be charged according to our final confirmation letter.
