confirmation. Please check in the flights by your passports at the airports.

meet you at Sanya Airport, Haikou Airport, Sanya Train Station
or even Sanya Bus Station by holding a board with your name and our
logo. We
help you with hotel check in and prepare some local
information like recommended restaurants and local tours for your reference during your
stay in Sanya. On the departure day, we come to meet you in your
hotel to Sanya Airport. Normally the departure time from
Yalong Bay
is 2 hours before your flight time and 90 minutes from hotels in
Sanya Bay and
Dadonghai Beach.

2. In your email, please let us know if
possible from which city you will travel to Sanya,
the tropical destination
or Haikou,
the commercial center of Hainan Island and then to
where you will travel to. It is a big difference on the air tickets for
single and return trip. If you have a preferred hotel, please let us know. If
not, you may tell us your requirement or your budget so that we could
recommend you a nice resort.
3. With the information we get from you,
we will offer you a good deal. Hotel + air package will have the flight
information. Normally a package is for two person sharing one room. Of
course, we could book you flights, hotels or any tours separately.
4.If you could accept our offer,
please email us your full names, passport No. For kids less than 12 years
old, we must have their birthdays to get the kids rates on the flights.
5.We will book the hotels and flights and
send you a confirmation asking your credit card for payment by
Credit Card Authorization Form.
Please do confirm by our deadline. Late confirmation may result in
hotel, flight cancellation or prices change.
6. Please print out
the credit card authorize form and
fax back to us at 0086-898-88213481 for the safety of your credit card
information. Or you could scan and email us. If you don't want to

We charge from your credit card as agreed in the confirmationwith 3%
surcharge and
e-mail you hotels and flights booking vouchers. You
will check in the flight by your passports. If we can't issue e-tickets,
we will arrange tickets delivery to your home, office or to airport (We
may charge extra depending the distance and delivery time).
8. We will welcome you at Sanya Airport
holding a board with our logo and your name. We prepare local information
with some brochures and English map with Chinese.
9. Transfer from
your hotel to Sanya Airport: W will come to meet you in the lobby 2 hours before your flight departure
if you stay in
Yalong Bay
and 1.5 hours if you stay in
Dadonghai or
Sanya Bay.
