To book a flight to Sanya, please let us know your departure/arrival city, date, preferred airlines or departure time, the we will check out the best deal available and ask your full names, passport no. to book the flights. For children's flight booking, we also need their birthdays. Then we will book the details, email you the final confirmation asking your payment confirmation. Hotel + Flight Travel Package to Sanya Hainan

To book a hotel + flight travel package to Sanya Hainan Island, please let us know your check in/out date, no. of rooms you need, and your preferred hotel, your departure/arrival city,  preferred airlines or departure time, then we will work out a good package for you asking your payment confirmation. Please check in the flights by your passports at the airports. Our staff meet you as per our confirmation at Sanya Airport, Haikou Airport, Sanya Train Station or even Sanya Bus Station by holding a board with your name and our logo. We help you with hotel check in and  prepare some local information like recommended restaurants and local tours for your reference during your stay in Sanya. On the departure day, we come to meet you in your hotel to Sanya Airport. Normally the departure time is 2 hours before your flight time.

1. Please email to holiday@sunnysanya.com. We check our mail box daily and reply within working hours.  European guests may get reply the next day because of the time difference. Please let us know your phone  no. just for back up as it happened several times that our replies were returned.

2. In your email, please let us know if possible from which city you will travel to Sanya, the tropical destination or Haikou, the commercial center of Hainan Island and your arrival city after Sanya Hainan Island trip. There is a big difference on the air tickets for one way or return trip. If you have a preferred hotel, please let us know. If not, you may tell us your requirement or your budget so that we could recommend you a nice resort. 

3. With the information we get from you, we will offer you a good deal. Hotel + air package will have the flight information. Normally a package is for two person sharing one room. Of course, we could book you flights, hotels, golfing or any tours separately.

4.If you could accept our offer, please email us your full names, passport No. For kids less than 12 years old, we must have their birthdays to get the kids rates on the flights.

5.We will book the services as per our email correspondences (hotels/flights/Tour package/Golfing/Car rental) and email you confirmation asking your Payment Confirmation. Please do confirm by our deadline. Late confirmation may lead to hotel, flight cancellation or higher prices.

6. Please confirm your way of payment and fax back to us at 0086-898-88213481 for the safety of your credit card information. Or you could scan and email us. If you don't want to email or fax your credit card details, please call us to make it over phone.

7. We will issue you the vouchers for flights, hotel details. Please check in the flight by your passports. 

8. We will welcome you at Sanya Airport holding a board with our logo and your name. We prepare local information with some brochures and English map with Chinese.

9. Transfer from your hotel to Sanya Airport: our staff will come to meet you in the lobby 2 hours before your flight departure.
