To book a hotel in Sanya, please let me know check in/out date, no. of rooms you need, and your preferred hotel. If you don't know which hotel to stay, please let us know your budget or request, we will check out a proper hotel for you. After you confirm which hotel to stay, we will book and email you confirmation. For payment, have the following options:

To book a flight to Sanya, please let us know your departure/arrival city, date, preferred airlines or departure time, the we will check out the best deal available and ask your full names, passport no. to book the flights. For children's flight booking, we also need their birthdays. Then we will book the details, email you the final confirmation asking your payment confirmation. For payment, have the following options:

Hotel + Flight Travel Package to Sanya Hainan
To book a hotel + flight travel package to Sanya Hainan Island, please let us know your check in/out date, no. of rooms you need, and your preferred hotel, your departure/arrival city, preferred airlines or departure time, then we will work out a good package for you asking your payment confirmation.

 For payment, have the following options:

We will issue e-tickets & hotel voucher with all details after your confirmation. Please check in the flights by your passports at the airports. Our staff meets you at Sanya Airport or Haikou Airport, Sanya Train Station or even Sanya Bus Station by holding a board with your name and our logo. We help you with hotel check in and prepare some local information like recommended restaurants and local tours for your reference during your stay in Sanya. On the departure day, we come to meet you in your hotel to Sanya Airport. Normally the departure time is 2 hours before your flight time.

Golfing in Sanya Hainan:
To book a golf tee time in Sanya, please let us know your preferred golf club, tee time, no. of players. If you wish to rent clubs, please let us know too. Then we will confirm the final deal, tee time and email you confirmation. For payment, have the following options:

To rent a car in Sanya, please let us know your preferred days and type of car. Please also let us know if you prefer MT or AT, and type of driver's license you hold. then we will check the availability and email you confirmation. For payment, have the following options:

When you get our confirmation with all details, please check again to make sure that all details including your names, passport no. are correct. Then confirm which one is the best to make payment:
A: Make bank transfer from your private account in USD or EURO:
Please make payment before the deadline stated in the confirmation letter and email us a scanned copy of the bank transfer slip, then we will issue the tickets and email you the voucher. In case you cancel the package, we have to deposit the balance based on our cancellation policy to your account and the cost is RMB200 to overseas account.

B: Make bank transfer (in CNY) to our Chinese accounts from your Chinese bank card: If you work in China and hold any local bank account, it is the easiest way to make payment on a local ATM machine. In case you cancel the package, we have to deposit the balance based on our cancellation policy to your account and the cost is max.RMB50.
