after personal visit & stay for one night:
We visited Aegean Suites Resort Yalong
Bay many times as we are based in Sanya and
stayed twice in June.2010. Caddie Lu still
believes Aegean Resort is
one of the best resorts on Yalong Bay especially
for family stay: gentle see
breeze everywhere, relaxing and cordial atmosphere.
We hear ocean sound waves in the lobby. All your eyes see is blue sky, blue
water, and white decorations. It is really for family stay:
most spacious rooms with
living rooms, kitchen with everything you need to
cook your home dinner, washing
machine with dryer, Jacuzzi bathtub on the
balcony.
Food & Beverage:
Very limited choice, one restaurant only, a combination of
Chinese, Southeast Asia and western cuisines. Breakfast
lasts till 1030am, lunch: a la carte, dinner: always buffet. A
nice poolside bar offers drinks, cocktails and snacks. But you
have more choices from any resorts on Yalong Bay Beach. Walk
along the beach, you will find 4-5 star international, local
resorts with their restaurants open for everyone. A good choice
is Crowne Plaza
Yalong Bay where you will find more small restaurants at
lower prices which is around 15 minutes walking from Aegean
Conifer Resort or just walk 2 minutes to your right side,
you will find Holiday INN
Yalong Bay. So your food beverage choice is not limited to
the only resort in Aegean Conifer Resort Yalong Bay.
Sports &
Recreation: Gym, Beach, 5 Swimming Pools
including 1 kid pool, 1 Heated Pool (very important sometimes in
Dec & Jan when some days could be chilly, Others
activities include: Bicycling, Hiking, Jogging/fitness
trail and water sports centers on the beach for Jet-skiing,
Kayaking, Sailing, Snorkeling, Scuba diving.
Kids Care:
Child Pool, In-door kid
club, baby sitting available at extra cost.
