Caddie's Review after persona visit: Sanya Tianze Condominium Resort is located right on Sanya Bay Beach. Sanya Bay Beach lasts for 17 KM. Sanya Tianze Condominium Resort is close to Downtown Sanya part, so the beach is not very white, soft, water is just ok, not as clear as Yalong Bay nor Dadonghai Beach.

Sanya Tianze Condominium Resort is a modern hotel with over 300 rooms, most of them are suites with 1-3 bed rooms. Sanya Tianze Condominium Resort promotes herself as 4 star resort, but in Caddie's point of view, Sanya Tianze Condominium Resort is a basic 3 star resort with more spaces than normal hotel. The last time Caddie Lu and her team checked Sanya Tianze Condominium Resort is October.23rd. Caddie listed Sanya Tianze Condominium Resort as it has suites with 2-3 bed rooms which could be good choice for big families who look for cheaper option for a longer stay close to downtown Sanya.  The big swimming pool is a big gift for the location and price. Sanya Tianze Condominium Resort is a good choice for guests who spend most time for sightseeing, shopping, local dining as well as relaxing pool side or easy walk along Sanya Bay. Though it is a condominium resort with kitchen, but the kitchen is really in poor conditions, can't work well as a normal kitchen except the kettle and refrigerator.

Food & Beverage: Chinese, Western Cafe, Lobby Bar, Pool Bar. The Chinese Restaurant is a good choice for local Hainan Food.  As the hotel is just steps away from local restaurants and bars, no worries for your meals even you want something at 2am.

Sports & Recreation: Outdoor swimming pool surround by tropical plants ( you could still hear the noise from Binhai Road which is about 20 meters away from the swimming pool), children's pool, shopping center, Massage & Sauna Center, Spa Treatment & Gym.

Rooms & Rates: The hotel has been in business for 10 years, the furniture and facilities are out of date now, just enough for a basic clean, convenient holiday with more spaces than normal 3 star hotels. The views from private balconies are still very nice. The following rates are available only through www.sunnysanya.com with 2 buffet breakfast, local tax & service charge for 2 persons/room. Weekend supplement at RMB80/night on Friday & Saturday night.
