As a Family Hotel run by a family, we are pleased to offer you the following services, besides a clean fresh, comfortable room and western breakfast.

We know Sanya well, so tell us if you need any help or information, we will try our best to make your stay in Sanya a pleasant one

1. Sanya Airport transfers by our private car. It costs RMB100/way max. 4 adults.

2. Internet connection available in all rooms without extra cost. We have computer with internet connection in our lobby if you don't bring your own laptop.

3. Local travel, tour package information in English

4. We book you air tickets, train tickets, bus tickets

5. We speak good English, so please tell us even if you need a private guide or interpreter.

6. Laundry at local prices from RMB3/piece, the same price in downtown Sanya.

7. We have a small library where you will find many brochures on local tourists attractions.

8. Check with reception for our recommended restaurants in Sanya. We recommend the local ones that we go to, not the tourist restaurants.

9. We sell drinks at local prices, mineral water from RMB2/bottle. A small hotel shop is available in Sunny Sanya Family Hotel including drinks, snacks, swimming wears and local handscraft.

10. We sell postcards and stamps. It is hard to buy postcards in Sanya now as no Chinese are writing post cards any more.

11. Late check out available till 2pm at no extra cost. So please check with reception if you wish to stay longer in your room. It costs CNY20/hour.

12. Real Local food: a la carte in our restaurant at local prices from August, 2009. Average cost is around RMB20-30/person. Real good deals with English menus.
