Caddie's Review after personal visit: Caddie is reluctant to recommend Holiday INN Sanya Bay as she knows what a 10 year old hotel could be without much renovation. But she still got some request for Holiday INN Yalong Bay. To make sure that she doesn't give wrong information to her clients, she visited Holiday INN Yalong Bay a few times hoping to see some changes, but unfortunately it is really hard to change anything for a 10 year old hotel in terms of hardware. The last visit this year is Sept.30th. Again, Caddie is sure that her recommendation is correct as Holiday INN Yalong Bay is really not a international 5 star compared with brand new local & international resorts. The gardens, pools & lobby bars are still nice with some renovation, but when Caddie walked into the floor, a strong business hotel feeling came up. There is carpet in the rooms which produces a bad smell in the room as it is very humidity in Sanya most time of the year. Rooms are really small, limited space, small beds, small bathrooms, old bathtubs and furniture out of date. Yalong Bay Water Sports Center for tour groups is just 100 meters from the Resort Beach. Also a public bus stop in front of the main gate. So for the similar prices, the new resorts like Aegean Conifer Resort Yalong Bay, Horizon Resort Yalong Bay, Mangrove Tree Resort Yalong Bay have better money value than Holiday INN Yalong Bay. As some guests may check rates of Holiday INN Yalong Bay, we still keep it on our webpage, just for information purpose. Of course, the above is just for hardware, hard to see about a hotel's soft ware without a few days stay there.

Rooms & Rates: Compared with new resorts on Yalong Bay, the rooms are smaller with carpet, old style bathrooms, internet is free for hotel guests. The following offers are per room per night with buffet breakfasts (max.2 persons), service charge and local tax. Extra bed at RMB300/night with breakfast and local tax, Kids less than 6 years old get free breakfast when sharing room with parents.
