Caddie Lu personal reviews after inspection tour and stay: once invited by the Director of Sales & Marketing, Caddie Lu stayed in Sheraton Saya with her family. Sheraton Resort is really huge, very spacious lobby but more business feeling. Rooms are spacious, the furniture in the rooms are interesting, like big toys. Breakfast is also great with Asian and western choices. Caddie also had lunch in the Chinese Restaurant. Seems all five star restaurant is the same, Caddie likes local small restaurant better than the 5 star restaurant. After  9 years, Sheraton seems getting old compared with Hilton, Ritz-Carlton & Marriott, especially the corridors. Gardens, pools are very nice

Food & Beverage: Compared with Ritz Carlton, Hilton & Horizon Resort, choices in Sheraton Sanya is not that much, only Asian Restaurant for Chinese and Hainan, Aqua Bar, Beach Bar, Pool bar, Lotus Cafe for International.

Sports & Recreation: private beach, sswimming pool, Laguna pool, Nightclub, Mountain Bikes, Water sports, Tennis Court, Gym, Massage, Spa

Kids Care: opens 10:00-19:00, free for in house guests. Baby sitting services in kids club: CNY50/hour for kids older than 3 years and CNY80/hour for kids less than 3 years old.
In room service: The same price before 9pm. The hotel charges CNY90/hour after 9:00pm.

Rooms & Rates: total 511 rooms & suites with private balcony, feature golf, garden, or ocean view. All the rooms are fitted with open plan bathrooms allowing daylight.
